Perfect Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing waste management company based in Redditch. We are looking for a reliable and professional Skip Driver to join their busy team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced driver who enjoys being out on the road, delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a supportive team.

The Role

As a Skip Driver, you will be responsible for the safe delivery, exchange and collection of skips across Redditch and the surrounding areas.

Your duties will include:

* Delivering and collecting skips safely and efficiently

* Carrying out daily vehicle checks

* Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately

* Providing excellent customer service at delivery and collection points

* Adhering to all road transport and health & safety regulations

* Maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times

What We're Looking For

* Previous Skip Driver experience preferred

* Valid HGV licence (appropriate category)

* CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card

* Good knowledge of driver regulations

* Strong customer service skills

* Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious attitude
