Class 2 Driver

We are currently looking for reliable and experienced Class 2 (LGV C) Drivers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating rigid lorries and completing deliveries/collections as required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver looking for regular working hours and a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

* Safely operate Class 2 rigid vehicles and lorries.

* Complete deliveries and collections in a timely and professional manner.

* Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues.

* Ensure loads are secured correctly and transported safely.

* Follow all relevant road, transport and health & safety regulations.

* Complete delivery paperwork and other required documentation.

* Provide a professional and courteous service to customers.

* Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the vehicle.

Requirements

* Valid Class 2 (LGV C) driving licence.

* Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred.

* CPC qualification and valid Digital Tachograph Card.

* Good knowledge of UK roads and driving regulations.

* Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.

* Good communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules effectively.
