Class 2 Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV 2 Driver in Manchester (M28).

Pay: £14.10 per hour + overtime at time and a half
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Job Type: Full-time, Day Shifts

2 years HGV 2 experience required

The Role

* Delivering doors to customers using an HGV Class 2 curtain-side vehicle.

* Carrying out local and long-distance deliveries.

* Assisting with loading and unloading, including some handball.

* Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time.

* Maintaining high standards of vehicle care and customer service.

Pay & Hours

* £14.10 per hour

* Overtime paid at time and a half (£21.15 per hour)

* 45 hours per week.

* Monday to Friday.

* Day shifts, with start times between 5:00 am and 8:00 am.

* Full-time role

Requirements

* Must be aged 25 or over.

* Minimum 2 years' HGV Class 2 driving experience.

* Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.

* Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.

* Comfortable with some manual handling and handball.

* Good knowledge of road safety and vehicle checks.
