Class 2 HIAB Driver – Ruislip

Location: Ruislip, Greater London
Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
No Weekends!

Excel Resourcing are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our team in Ruislip.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and reliable driver looking for a long-term position with consistent daytime hours, no weekend work, and an excellent work-life balance.

The Role

As a Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will be responsible for the safe delivery and collection of materials using a HIAB-equipped vehicle. This is not a multi-drop role, offering straightforward daily routes and a well-organised workload.

Your responsibilities will include:

Driving a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle fitted with a HIAB crane.

*

Safely loading, transporting and unloading materials using the HIAB.

*

Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks.

*

Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and professionally.

*

Completing all relevant delivery paperwork.

*

Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations.

*

Adhering to all road transport, health and safety, and company procedures.

Requirements

*

Valid Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence.

*

Valid HIAB Certificate (ALLMI or equivalent).

*

Valid Driver CPC Qualification.

*

Digital Tachograph Card.

*

Previous HIAB driving experience preferred.

*

Good knowledge of driver hours and road transport legislation.

*

Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.

*

Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
