• Pay Rate: £16.00+ per hour - Paid Weekly
• Perm rate: £25,000 + daily and weekly bonuses
• Overtime available

The Job- Class 2 Skip Driver (HGV2/LGV2)

• Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle to deliver and collect skips from various locations.
• Ensure correct loading and unloading of skips, following all safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections, including customer signatures and any relevant documentation.
• Perform daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects or maintenance issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries and collections.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, ensuring the safe transport of materials.

Skills and Experience Required- Class 2 Skip Driver (HGV2/LGV2)

• Valid HGV Class 2 (C) licence with a clean driving record (no more than 6 penalty points)
• Experience in skip or waste management driving
• Ability to operate a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficiently, including reversing and manoeuvring in tight spaces
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers
• Must hold a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC Card)
• Must hold a Digital Tachograph card
