Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a confident, dedicated Primary School Teacher on behalf of a wonderful client school in the Grays area of Essex

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment where all children can flourish.
• Encourage a love for learning by fostering a supportive and stimulating atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents to enhance the students' educational experience.
• Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to continually refine your teaching practice.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for delivering engaging lessons.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
• A commitment to supporting the well-being and success of every student.
