Class Teacher Maternity Cover - Year 5

Your new role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic class teacher to join a well-regarded primary school in Pinner on a maternity cover basis. You'll be teaching a vibrant Year 5 class, delivering a broad and balanced curriculum that inspires and challenges pupils of all abilities.

What you'll be doing

• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that promote progress and engagement.
• Supporting pupils' academic, personal, and social development.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
• Upholding high standards of behaviour and achievement.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A reflective, proactive, and collaborative approach to teaching.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
