The role:

• Full-time Year 2 teaching with responsibility for driving creative curriculum projects across the school
• Embed cross-curricular links and lead on learning experiences beyond the classroom
• Work closely with phase partners and subject leads to support consistency and innovation
• Receive a full programme of CPD and a personalised leadership coach

Ideal candidate:

• QTS and strong experience in lower KS2 or KS1
• Proven creativity and ability to engage pupils in meaningful, memorable learning
• Enthusiastic about the arts, enquiry-led learning, or outdoor education
• Aspirational, reflective, and eager to lead
