Classic Car Parts & Customer Service Specialist

For someone who knows their classic cars and genuinely enjoys helping people.

We're recruiting for a respected classic parts specialist, looking for someone with a passion for classic cars, good mechanical understanding and excellent customer service skills.

This is a predominantly telephone-based role, dealing with enthusiasts, owners and restoration specialists who need knowledgeable, friendly assistance.

The role involves:

* Handling customer enquiries and providing knowledgeable parts advice.

* Processing orders and coordinating deliveries and logistics.

* Helping customers identify the correct parts for their vehicles.

* Building lasting relationships through excellent customer service.

* Working with a team that shares a genuine passion for classic motoring.

What we're looking for:

A good understanding of vehicle mechanics, strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for classic cars. Previous parts experience would be beneficial, but product knowledge, personality and a customer-first attitude are equally important.

This isn't a hard-sell role. It's about knowing your stuff, looking after customers and enjoying what you do.
