This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a minimum of 10 years’ background in classic vehicles and workshop management, seeking to lead in a luxury environment.

Lead and manage the daily operations of the classic car workshop
Supervise a team of 8 technicians, maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
Allocate workflow across the workshop efficiently and effectively
Manage customer expectations through direct communication and front-of-house duties
Oversee vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in line with industry standards
Develop strategic plans aimed at improving workshop efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall workshop reputation
Maintain strong client relationships, especially within the luxury sector as a Classic Car Workshop Manager
Contribute to the growth and reputation of the business within the classic vehicle sectorRequirements of a Classic Car Workshop Manager:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience working within the classic car industry
Proven workshop management experience, ideally with luxury marques such as Aston Martin, Porsche, Jaguar or similar
Strong customer service skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
Ability to think strategically and implement innovative workshop solutions
Hands-on experience with classic vehicles and a passion for maintaining high standards
Experienced in managing and leading a team in a busy workshop environment
