Sanitisation Specialist – Permanent Position

Location: Cranbrook, Kent

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional flexibility required) plus 1 Saturday a month

Reed Business Support are working with a well-regarded client in Cranbrook who are seeking a dedicated Sanitisation Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a vital role within a business that values cleanliness, health, and safety above all else.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out deep cleaning and sanitisation of workspaces, facilities, and high-touch areas
• Following strict cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Using cleaning equipment and chemical solutions safely and effectively
• Completing cleaning schedules and recording completed tasks
• Reporting any maintenance or hygiene issues to the appropriate team
• Ensuring PPE is worn and used in line with company policy

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Previous cleaning or sanitisation experience (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
• Understanding of COSHH and basic health & safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
• A proactive and positive attitude
