Location: Aldershot, Hampshire

Hours: Full-Time | Permanent ( Monday - Friday 40 hours)

Owen Daniels are working in partnership with a leading precision engineering firm supplying top-tier components to the aerospace and automotive sectors. We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Cleaner to join their team and ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of their advanced manufacturing site.

Facilities Cleaner
Job Description

Cleaning shop floor, offices, and communal areas to a high standard (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
Managing waste disposal in line with environmental and safety regulations
Regularly sanitising surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment
Maintaining cleaning equipment and managing stock of supplies
Performing minor maintenance tasks (e.g., unclogging sinks, replacing toilet seats)
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping to ensure hazard-free floors
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, including proper use of PPE and Material Safety Data Sheets
Reporting issues or damage promptly to the maintenance team

Facilities Cleaner
Experience Required

Previous experience in a cleaning role (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
Confident using industrial cleaning equipment
High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
Strong awareness of workplace hygiene and safety standards
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with manual handling task
