Position: Part Time, 15 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 5 hours per day)

Salary Range: £15.50 per hour

About the Role

Reporting to the Facilities Manager in the role of Cleaner you work as part of a small team to consistently ensure Callen-Lenz is a clean and pleasant environment for colleagues and visitors. 

Responsibilities

·        Ensure floors are cleaned regularly.

·        Ensure meeting spaces are tidy with worktops and desks are clean.

·        Remove litter and empty shared bins regularly.

·        Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned daily and toilet rolls, soaps are readily available.

·        Ensure all kitchen spaces are cleaned daily and where required all cutlery and mugs are cleaned and put away.

·        Ensure cleaning supplies are regularly required and ordered where required.

·        Perform other duties as required.

·        Create and promote a safe working environment consistent with all applicable company and legislative requirements (e.g. COSHH, HASAW, HSE)

·        Direct the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by eliminating hazards, training employees, and promoting safety awareness

·        Health & Safety Coordination – regulations, communications, walk-rounds and actions

About You

·        Experience within a similar role.  

·        Strong attention to detail.

·        Able to manage priorities.

·        Enthusiasm for their work and self-motivated

·        Must be a British Citizen or have an existing right to work in the UK

·        Ability to hold Security Clearance – 5 years residence in the UK
