Full-Time Cleaner Needed ASAP – Void Property Cleaning | Basingstoke

SLR Recruitment are looking for a reliable, hardworking cleaner for ongoing void property cleaning work across Basingstoke. The role will involve cleaning vacant properties, communal hallways and other areas ready for new tenants.

This is a full-time contract position with the potential to lead to a permanent role for the right person.

Pay rate: £15 per hour
Hours: 8:30am–4:30pm (earlier starts may be required depending on the day's workload)
Location: Basingstoke & Surrounding Areas
Uniform: Provided

The Role

*

Cleaning vacant properties and communal areas, including hallways and shared spaces.

*

Carrying out general and deep cleaning to prepare properties for new tenants.

*

Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces and appliances where required.

*

Completing up to two property cleans per day, depending on the workload.

*

Ensuring all properties are left clean, presentable and ready for occupation.

Training & Development

The company is happy to support the right person with opportunities to learn new skills and upskill in areas that interest them. If you're keen to develop and progress, they're open to helping you build on your existing experience.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Own cleaning equipment and supplies.

*

Previous cleaning experience preferred.

*

Reliable, hardworking and flexible with start times and daily workloads.

*

Comfortable working independently and managing jobs efficiently.
