Cleaner school part time evenings

We are looking for a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at a special educational needs school. The role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across various areas of the school, including offices, corridors, classrooms, and the hydrotherapy pool area. This is a part-time position with a requirement for an Enhanced DBS check.

• Cleaning offices, corridors, and classrooms, which includes hoovering and mopping floors, wiping tables and chairs, and ensuring a tidy environment.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the Hydrotherapy Pool changing rooms and poolside tile work, using a brush and pool water.
• Ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard and are ready for use by staff and students.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and using cleaning materials appropriately.
• Working within a team to manage the cleaning schedule and tasks effectively.

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
• An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
