Cleaners - Ipswich

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our teams across various locations in Ipswich.

The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. This position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Working Hours Available:

• 30 hours per week - 13:00 - 19:00 Monday - Thursday and 12:00 - 18:00 Friday.
• 16 hours per week - 6am - 10am - Monday - Thursday

Locations:

• Friars Bridge Road
• EndevourHouse

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
• Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.
• Drive to different locations as needed to fulfil cleaning responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills in English are required to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• A valid driver's licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites.
• A customer service-oriented attitude is essential to ensure client satisfaction.
