Quest Employment is delighted to be recruiting for a Night Cleaning Manager at one of Watford’s most prestigious 5-star hotels - a stunning estate featuring 215 elegant bedrooms (including 26 mansion rooms and 12 suites), 30 state-of-the-art meeting rooms, a luxury spa, and a championship golf course.

• Leading, motivating, and managing the night cleaning team to deliver immaculate results

• Recruiting, training, and developing your team to uphold the highest standards

• Ensuring all cleaning processes are followed with precision and consistency

• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas

• Ensuring safe and correct use of PPE, chemicals, and equipment in line with COSHH

• Championing a culture of excellence, detail, and pride in presentation

• Full-time, permanent position

• Night shifts only | 40 hours per week
