Job Role: Cleaning Operative - 2 positions available

Working Hours: 16 hours per week - fully flexible, various shifts/hours (including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays)

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Location: St Johns Shopping Centre, St George's Place,
Liverpool, L1 1LY

Reporting to: Soft Services Manager

Overview

An exciting opportunity has
arisen at Anchor Group Services, for two experienced cleaners to join our
established team based at St Johns Shopping Centre in Liverpool.

If you have previous
cleaning experience and a positive can -do attitude, we would love to hear from
you! Previous cleaning experience within a shopping centre/retail environment
is desirable but not necessary.

The successful candidates
will be required to carry out a range of cleaning tasks, safely and
professionally, to a high standard. You must be able to demonstrate good
attention to detail, have the ability to communicate on all levels and provide
flexibility to cover additional shifts, as and when required.

Please note: This is a fully
flexible role, you must be able to commit to being fully flexible as you will be
required to work different shift patterns including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required. Although this position is contracted to a minimum of 20 hours per week, you may be required for your hours to increase to meet the needs of the business. Reliable transport is required as early morning shifts start as early as 6am.

Duties include:

• Patrolling
  the centre, remaining vigilant at all times to ensure any litter is
  removed.
  
• Emptying
  of bins, ensuring recycled waste is disposed of correctly
  
• Assisting
  with preventing any site accidents by clearing any spills within an
  efficient time, ensuring the safety of centre staff and the public
  
• Remaining
  flexible to cover duties
  
• Contributing
  to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  
• Acting
  as a first line support to customers and visitors on site, providing a
  professional and friendly service
  
• Service
  Road duties as and when required
  
• Understanding
  the needs of our customer, respond accordingly to customer queries and
  requests and take appropriate action
  
• Maintaining
  professional conduct at all times
