Cleaning Operative

Samsic UK is recruiting for a permanent part time Environmental Cleaning Operative to provide a professional facilities management service based at St Columb Team Base, Indian Queens, St Columb.

This position is to work for 2 days a week (ideally Tues & Thurs), for 2 hours each day. The contract is part time and flexibility is required to support client requests or support required. we do also have a alternate shift which could require your hours to flex to this shift if necessary.

You will receive *£12.71 per hour paid 4-weekly* unless specified otherwise.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to plant cleaning areas.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning work preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks

• You will be polite and have a passion for delivering a good service.  You will be health and safety conscious when working within the workplace, considering the environment and presence of others around you.
• Flexibility to cover other shifts for when staff take annual leave is preferable.
• Training will be provided, however, cleaning experience of at least 1 year is preferable.
