Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain communal areas such as stairwells, corridors, entrances, and shared facilities.
  
  


• Remove litter, waste, and any fly-tipped items from estate grounds.
  
  


• Ensure both internal and external communal spaces are kept clean.
  
  


• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks across the estate.
  
  


• Identify and report any defects, hazards, or maintenance issues.
  
  


• Adhere to health and safety procedures and service standards.
  
  


• Contribute to keeping the estates tidy, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
  
  

Essential

• Experience in cleaning or estate services is preferred.
