Samsic UK is a leading facilities management and cleaning company with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team.

As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our clients' premises. Your duties will include mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing various areas such as offices, bathrooms, and communal spaces. You will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning tasks are carried out efficiently and to a high standard, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, in designated areas.
Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
Dispose of all waste and recycling materials in the designated containers.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
Clean and disinfect communal areas, such as break rooms and reception areas.
Report any required maintenance or health and safety concerns to the management team.
Follow health and safety guidelines and ensure all cleaning products are stored safely and used correctly.
Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when additional supplies are required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred, but not essential.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is advantageous.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
