Cleaning supervisor

Integral UK LTD are recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to work at a new site in Birmingham Hams Hall, B46 1PW.

Duties include:

Managing the Cleaning team: Overseeing the staff including Training &
Supervising.
• Ensuring that all work is done in accordance with Health & Safety
procedures, & that corporate Standards are met.
Ensure the amount of cleaning chemicals on site is adequate and
effective to carry out the cleaning duties
• Ensure COSHH is applied effectively.
Leading the cleaning team to create a supportive work environment.
• Ensure any accidents/incidents are reported through the correct
channels immediately.
Will be using machinery on site, and also will be giving training to staff on how to use machinery correctly and safely.
Working during operational open hours of the site
Office cleaning duties to include but not limited – Vacuum of carpets, wiping of desks, kitchen/ break room, toilets, emptying of bins, glass/ window cleaning, Front of house cleaning and mopping of floors.

Hours of work are 6am - 2pm Monday- Friday, this being 6 hours per week (Working hours to be discussed on Interview but may be flexible). Monthly pay applies and £13.10 per hour is paid for this position.

Previous experience preferred but not essential as Training will be given.
