Job Role: Security Supervisor

Working Hours: 38.5 hours per week, fully flex including weekends

Pay: £14.50 per hour

Location: St Johns Shopping Centre, St George's Place, Liverpool, L1 1LY

Reporting to: Soft Services Manager & Associate Key Accounts Director

Overview

An exciting
opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our established cleaning team based at St Johns Shopping Centre in Liverpool.

The successful
candidate will be responsible for the onsite cleaning team, ensuring the
highest of cleaning standards are adhered to at all times.  You will be required to carry out a range of
cleaning tasks, safely and professionally, to a high standard. You must be able
to demonstrate good attention to detail, have the ability to communicate on all
levels and provide flexibility to cover additional shifts, as and when
required.

Duties include:

• Supervise, support, and motivate the
  cleaning team to deliver consistently high standards across the centre.
  
• Organise staff rotas, arranging cover
  for sickness, holidays, and other absences.
  
• Carry out cleaning of designated areas,
  following site-specific instructions.
  
• Ensure compliance with all Health
  & Safety and COSHH requirements.
  
• Be a visible point of contact in the centre - respond to customer requests promptly
  and courteously, maintaining excellent customer service at all times.
  
• Monitor cleaning equipment and stock levels, reporting
  any issues to the management team.
  
• Carry out regular inspections of mall areas, toilet facilities, food courts, external areas and non-public areas, making sure high standards are always maintained.
  
• Work closely with management and be flexible in supporting any additional tasks that help keep the centre running smoothly.
  

Requirements

• Full 5-year employment checkable history
  
• Valid frontline SIA licences DS or SG
  
• Customer Service experience and confidence to handle
  conflict in a correct manner
  
• Flexible to meet the job requirements
  
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  
• Smart appearance and be well-groomed
  
• Reliable and punctual
  
• High level of enthusiasm and passion
  
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
