Working Cleaning Supervisor- 8:30am to 1:30pm

As a Working Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' spaces are maintained to the highest standards while also leading and managing a team of dedicated cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a cleaning team, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Assign and delegate tasks to ensure that all areas are cleaned in a timely and efficient manner.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and consistency in cleaning standards.

- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols.

- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Operate the client ticket/ request system

Qualifications:

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
