1) 06:30-14:30 – 8 hours per day with paid break

2) 14:30-22:30 – 8 hours per day with paid break

3) 22:30-06:30 – 8 hours per day with paid break

We are currently seeking a highly capable Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic Facilities Services team. This role demands someone who can effectively lead a cleaning team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained across various client sites. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure cleanliness standards are met across assigned sites.
• Manage and motivate cleaning teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Handle scheduling and delegation of cleaning tasks to maximize team efficiency.
• Report and communicate with management regarding site conditions, staffing needs, and any issues.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and used appropriately.
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain consistent service delivery.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the facilities cleaning industry or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to conduct thorough site inspections and enforce compliance standards.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling and workload distribution.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written for reporting and team coordination.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and oversee operations across multiple locations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
