Salary: £29,350 + Company Van

Location: Mobile – Regional Coverage

Contract: Permanent | Monday – Friday

We are recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management provider, overseeing cleaning operations across multiple client sites.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for managing frontline cleaning teams, maintaining service standards and ensuring contractual requirements are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple sites.

*

Conduct site inspections, quality audits and compliance checks.

*

Ensure cleaning standards, KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.

*

Manage staffing, absence, recruitment and operational cover.

*

Support periodic deep cleans and emergency cleaning requirements.

*

Maintain strong client relationships and resolve service issues.

*

Monitor consumables, equipment and stock levels.

Requirements

*

Previous supervisory experience within Cleaning, Soft Services or Facilities Management.

*

Experience managing frontline teams.

*

Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills.

*

Flexible approach to working hours and travelling between sites.

*

Full UK Driving Licence essential.
