Cleaning Supervisor - external area

Cleaning Supervisor, Mon-Fri, £16.50 per hour, EC2M

We are looking for an experienced individual to oversee the external cleaning operations at JPC By Samsic. This position is essential in ensuring that our external areas remain pristine and presentable, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients and the public.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Conduct regular inspections of external areas to maintain cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in cleaning and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with management to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using cleaning equipment and technology.

Nice to have

• Experience in managing large teams.
• Knowledge of environmentally friendly cleaning practices.
• First aid certification.
