Pay Rate: £14.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4on-4off. 7:00pm - 7:00am

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to lead and supervise a team of night cleaners ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest hygiene and safety standards, in line with company procedures and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate the night cleaning team, allocating tasks and monitoring performance.

* Plan and deliver deep cleaning schedule.

* Complete shift reports and maintain attendance records.

* Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely.

* Ensure compliance with health & safety, COSHH, and company policies.

* Liaise with management regarding staffing, supplies, and operational issues.

* Provide hands-on cleaning support when required.

What We’re Looking For

* Previous supervisory experience.

* Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques (especially deep cleaning), chemicals, and equipment.

* Ability to work night shifts and manage a team effectively.

* Good communication and organisational skills.

* Understanding of health & safety and COSHH regulations.

* Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

* Team Player and can-do attitude
