Cleaning Support Contract Manager

Samsic UK is recruiting for a Permanent Full-time Support Contract Manager to provide professional facilities services in the Bristol area

UK Driving Licence is mandatory as this role involves commuting to different sites to provide cleaning cover for sickness or absence. 

This position is to work for 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday. Timings will be confirmed to coincide with Operational requirements. 

You will receive a salary of between £23,000 to £25,000.

Duties include but are not limited to, managing and supervising all aspects of the operation in line with the client-specific requirements, whilst representing Samsic UK.

• Adherence to all site rules and regulations, especially in line with health and safety. Inspection of all machinery and site equipment to ensure compliance with standardised health and safety.
• Recruiting cleaning staff and ensuring new staff are onboarded with the company’s regulatory standards.
• Completing cleaning audits
• Monitoring staffing and consulting with your line manager on procedures.

About you

• You will be polite and have a passion for delivering a good service.  You will be health and safety conscious when working within the workplace, considering the environment and presence of others around you.
• Flexibility to cover other shifts for when staff take annual leave is preferable.
• Training will be provided, however, supervising experience of at least 1 year is preferable.
• Flexibility to align yourself with the site requirements or the businesses’ needs.
• Ability to develop client-orientated relationships to effectively present Samsic UK whilst working directly with the client.
