The Role
My Client is looking for an organised and proactive Client Account Coordinator to join their Customer Operations team. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems and building good relationships with customers. You will look after the day-to-day administration for a number of client accounts, acting as one of their key contacts and making sure enquiries, orders, invoices and account changes are dealt with accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with colleagues across the business as well as customers and suppliers, so you'll need to be confident communicating by both telephone and email and comfortable taking ownership of queries through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Communication
* Act as a key point of contact for allocated client accounts.
* Respond to day-to-day client enquiries by telephone and email.
* Manage incoming enquiries through the shared Customer Operations inbox.
* Keep clients updated, manage expectations and ensure issues are followed through to resolution.
* Escalate more complex issues when required.
Orders & Account Administration
* Support the National Account Manager and Customer Service Lead.
* Process and manage new orders - Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders progress smoothly.
* Manage account amendments and contract changes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our in-house systems.
Invoicing, Compliance & Data
* Complete routine administration and compliance checks.
* Review, validate and authorise invoices.
* Carry out regular data audits to ensure information remains accurate.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies where required.
Reporting & Client Reviews
* Support the preparation of management information and client reporting.
* Attend client review meetings where appropriate.
* Assist with follow-up actions arising from client meetings.
Skills & Experience
You'll ideally have previous experience in a busy administration, customer service, account coordination or operations role.
You'll also be:
* Confident and professional communicating with customers by telephone and email.
* Highly organised and able to manage several priorities at once.
* Accurate, with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable taking ownership of problems and seeing them through to resolution.
* Proactive and willing to use your initiative.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
* Confident working with systems, spreadsheets and data.
Previous fleet, automotive or leasing experience would be useful, but is not essential
