Client Account Manager who is personable, with a great telephone manner and who has a consultative approach to managing and selling into existing client accounts is required to join our growing team at Jay City Finance, a direct corporate asset finance broker based in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.
ALL LEVELS OF SALES & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE CONSIDERED
Ideally you will understand broker asset finance procedures, finance products and / or financial services. If not that’s fine too providing you’re happy to learn about our finance products and services and have a good sales and/or account management background.
SALARY: £22,000 - £30,000 (Basic Salary) / £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (includes Basic Salary) + Discretionary Profit Related End of Year Bonus, Life Insurance and Healthcare
LOCATION: Kings Langley, Hertfordshire (100% Office Based)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Jay City Finance is a well-respected vendor and direct corporate asset finance broker which operates across a broad range of assets and industries and as part of our growth strategy we now have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Client Account Manager who is personable, with a great telephone manner and who has a consultative approach to managing and selling into existing client accounts.
Working as the Client Account Manager you will report to the Sales Director and will have the responsibility for calling and managing our live portfolio of client accounts to ensure that we maintain the strength of relationships already in place, by providing continued service levels, striving to build on future loyalty and to create new business opportunities.
This position requires excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and in person, and a strong understanding of finance products would be preferential. You will also work closely with the external sales team and our sales support team internally, to create and manage new business quotations to all our direct and vendor driven clients, ensuring a smooth transaction from lead generation to deal closure.
As the Client Account Manager within our Company, you'll be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our partners and clients. This office-based role will have continual contact with both existing and new customers. Therefore, the ability to build new and maintain existing relationships will be key to your success, as will the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding whilst maintaining a clear focus on objectives.
