Job Description - Client Account Manager

Job Description About Us: We are a dynamic and innovative events business based in the vibrant city of Leeds, specializing in creating memorable and impactful experiences for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Manager to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and expanding our client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and event requirements.

Project Coordination:
Work closely with the events team to coordinate and execute successful events, ensuring all client specifications are met.
Oversee the planning and execution of events, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the planning and execution phases.

Business Development:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and contribute to the acquisition of new clients.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.

Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets for client projects, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Provide accurate and timely financial reports to clients, detailing expenditures and variances.

Communication and Collaboration:
Foster effective communication between internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas that enhance the quality of our events.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in client management within the events industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of the events industry trends and best practices.
Proficient in using event management software and tools.
