Person Spec:

Training provided, but you have to be passionate about logistics already!
Strong MS Office Skills
Confident dealing with clients
Customer Service
Resilience
Strong communication skills
Multi Lingual is a bonus (French/German)
Ability to multi task and manage multiple work loads simultaneously

Day 2 Day:

Handling Enquires
Manging the clients app, answering queries
Communicating with both drivers and customers to ensure swift deliveries
Dealing with clients
Customs declarations
- Duties
- Taxes
- Customs
Making sure the parcels arrive on time

What courses is this open to?

This role is open to graduates from any course, but ideally business or logistics.
However it is mainly personality we are looking for, not a specific degree.
