Client Accountant

Your Role:

• Manage client finances, from cash and cheques to reconciliations

• Process invoices, deal with supplier queries, and oversee payments

• Handle VAT returns and produce accurate financial reports

• Liaise with property managers to streamline processes and resolve issues

• Maintain impeccable financial records across all accounts

What We’re Looking For:

• AAT Level 4 (or working toward completion)

• Experience in property or lettings finance

• Familiar with accounting software such as Tramps, Propman, or Yardi

• Confident with Excel and financial reporting
