Job Title: Client Accountant Assistant
Location: Richmond, London
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum + 10% Annual Bonus (based on company performance)

We are proud to represent the most successful and respected estate agency in the UK, recognised for our market leadership, client service, and outstanding team culture. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Accountant Assistant to join our finance team in Richmond, London.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience in client accounts who is looking to build a career within a dynamic, high-performing business.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the day-to-day client accounting operations
Reconcile landlord accounts and ensure timely distribution of rental income
Process invoices, remittances, and financial statements accurately
Communicate with landlords, tenants, and internal teams regarding account queries
Maintain full compliance with ARLA and Client Money Protection regulations
Support audit processes and generate regular financial reports
Contribute to process improvements within the finance function

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in client accounts or property accounting (essential)
Solid understanding of residential lettings finance
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident working with Excel and accounting systems
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
