Job Description - Client Accounts Assistant

Location: Richmond, London | Salary: £28,000 – £30,000

What You'll Be Doing:

Support day-to-day client accounting operations (rent collections, payments, reconciliations)
Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure timely financial reporting
Handle landlord and tenant queries with professionalism and clarity
Ensure compliance with client accounting regulations and internal processes
Assist in month-end reporting and audits
Contribute to improving systems and processes

What You’ll Need:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance, lettings accounts, or property accounts role
Strong Excel and numerical skills
A proactive mindset with great attention to detail
Confident communicator who thrives in a team setting
Ambition to grow quickly into a leadership role
