Client Acquisition Specialist

BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Client Acquisition Specialist to join our client who are an award-winning group of financial services and technology companies based in Newburn, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Your Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Client Acquisition from Advisers
• Due Diligence and Client Evaluation
• Servicing Disputes and Adviser Queries
• Adviser Payment Queries and Uplift Requests
• Weekly Reporting and Tracking

You will need:

• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office products, such as Excel and Word
• Show excellent attention to detail.
• Working towards set deadlines or targets.
• Ideally experience in handling adviser-related payment queries, uplift requests, and servicing disputes
• Quality check work or have worked to set quality scores.
• An interest in working within financial services/pensions.
• Managed your own workload.
