Client Advisor - Residential Conveyancing

We are working in partnership with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in Cardiff to recruit a dynamic and client-focused Client Quotations Advisor to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team.

The Role
In this client-facing position, you will act as the first point of contact for individuals seeking conveyancing services. You'll be responsible for guiding potential clients through the quoting process, providing accurate information, and ensuring a professional and positive first impression of the firm.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective clients seeking residential conveyancing quotes.
• Provide accurate pricing and information, helping clients make informed decisions about legal services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client email enquiries.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and warm leads via outbound calls.
• Enter client data and quote details accurately and efficiently.
• Occasionally provide reception cover during breaks or staff absences.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and communication across all channels.

• Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing sales role.
• Confident in sales conversion techniques and handling objections positively.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and by email.
• Knowledge of the conveyancing process is beneficial, though not essential.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
