Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-centric Client Advisor to join our Wealth Management team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, helping them navigate financial complexities and achieve their long-term goals. You will deliver holistic advice across investments, financial planning, and wealth strategies while providing an exceptional client experience.
Business Development
Prospect and onboard new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
Work with broader investment and product teams
Identify opportunities to increase wallet share within existing relationships
Participate in marketing initiatives, client events, and community activities to enhance brand visibility
Proven track record of winning clients
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
High-net-worth client base of £10m +
Experience of UK, EMEA and Offshore Clients
Build, deepen, and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, expertise, and proactive service
Ability to deal with sophisticated and complex clients
Skills and Attributes Required

Strong investment focus
Hunter banker mentality and focused on Business Development

Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning principles, and capital markets.
Strong client presentation skills, exceptional communication and relationship building skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (advanced degrees/certifications such as CFA, or CIMA are a plus)
Qualified and Regulated Banker profile
VP/ED level experience
3–7 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory
