We are seeking a talented Client Advisor to join Marsh Sport. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate can be based out of our Bristol, Birmingham or London offices.

Marsh Sport is a specialist division of Marsh Ltd, dedicated to providing expert insurance broking and risk management advice to the world of sport, entertainment, and leisure. With teams across the UK, Marsh Sport serves a diverse range of clients including professional football clubs, associations, governing bodies, and other sports organisations.
 

We will count on you to:

• Manage your own caseload of regular and complex instructions and queries from Sports clients.
• Provide full administration services including adjustments (MTAs), renewals, and re-broking.
• Assist with creating risk presentations to insurers and negotiate terms in line with client requirements.
• Maintain prompt and accurate communication through reports and summaries, ensuring client instructions are handled efficiently.
• Support client relationship management with a focus on growth and retention of existing accounts.
   

What you need to have: 

• Previous experience as a Commercial Account Handler, Client Advisor, or Account Broker.
• Good understanding of commercial insurance products.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills to follow company processes and procedures.
• A strong relationship builder with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

• Previous experience in insurance sales.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of corporate or commercial insurance products and clients.
