JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a full-time Client Advisor to join Burberry at Selfridges Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to create meaningful relationships with clients, delivering personalised luxury experiences that inspire loyalty and drive commercial success. As a brand ambassador, you will bring Burberry’s heritage, craftsmanship and creativity to life, ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Through expert styling, product knowledge and client engagement, you will play an important role in elevating the customer experience and supporting the store’s performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver personalised and elevated client experiences that build long-term relationships and brand loyalty.

Act as a brand ambassador, sharing Burberry’s heritage, craftsmanship and product expertise with confidence.

Provide expert styling advice tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences.

Achieve individual and team sales goals through exceptional service and commercial awareness.

Proactively develop and maintain a strong client portfolio, fostering repeat business opportunities.

Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to create a welcoming, inclusive and high-performing environment.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Experience delivering exceptional customer service within luxury retail, premium retail or a customer-focused environment.

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to create personalised client experiences.

A genuine passion for fashion, luxury and delivering outstanding service.

Confident communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients.

Commercially aware, with an understanding of how client engagement contributes to business performance.

Collaborative, adaptable and committed to continuous learning and development.
