Job Description - Client and Insight Manager

We are currently searching for a highly analytical FS/Debt Client Insight Manager with a proven track record of transforming customer data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. Skilled in customer segmentation, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement to enhance client experience, improve retention, and support targeted marketing initiatives.

Description

Key responsibilities consist of:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer service and overall client experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Analyse customer feedback and KPI/MI data to drive improvements and report findings
  • Lead, train, and support a dedicated customer service team, ensuring high performance
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication and tailored support
  • Manage and deliver customised reports based on client data needs and performance metrics
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to produce monthly MI reports and support strategic goals
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with operations to ensure delivery readiness
  • Support continuous improvement and contribute to the development of service procedures

Profile

A successful Client and Insight Manager should have:

  • Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management - Ability to present, negotiate, and influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and customer service software.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or team management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services industry.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary package between £36,000 - £27,000, depending on experience.
  • A company pension scheme and life assurance plan.
  • 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
