Client and Market Development Executive Manager - Debt Finance

We are working with a top Magic Circle law firm on the hiring of a strategic and proactive Client & Market Development Executive Manager to join a high-performing Global Financial Markets team in London. Supporting the market-leading Debt Finance practice, this role is central to driving client growth, embedding business development into the partnership, and leading initiatives across pitches, marketing, and client strategy.

You'll work closely with partners and BD colleagues across the international offices, delivering high-impact BD and marketing campaigns, pitch strategies, client planning, and thought leadership initiatives across Leveraged Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Fund Finance, and more. You'll also contribute to firmwide priorities such as key client development and sector-focused growth.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in business development, ideally in legal or professional services

• Strong exposure to pitching, client engagement, and practice-led BD

• Experience or interest in Debt Finance

• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills

• A collaborative, forward-thinking approach and the ability to work globally
