Hybrid - Client Biller - Global PR Agency

A global PR agency (Equity Backed) are seeking a Client Biller to join their team in a shiny new office based in Central London. Reporting directly into a FC this is a permanent, hybrid opportunity working on both WIP and Retailer Bills. There is an opportunity to progress into a more revenue reporting focused position.

The Role - Client Biller

• Management of the US ledger - collection of overdue invoices
• Client invoicing (Fees/WIP rechargeable costs) issued in line with Client Contracts
• Audit evidence in place to support UK GAAP revenue recognition
• Supporting Commercial Business Partner
• Monthly client servicing reports
• Working capital management
• Chase all client debts and accrued income reviewed regularly

The Person - Client Biller

• Experience undertaking project billing in a media or creative agency is essential
• Very strong communication skills are needed to build good relationships with the client teams
• Eagerness to grow and develop within a consistantly changing, fast paced environment
