AJ Chambers are pleased to be partnering with a reputable firm based in Leigh-on-Sea in their search for a talented Client Bookkeeper to join a friendly and growing team. This role has recently become available due to recent expansion and the winning of meaningful business highlighting the ample progression opportunities available.

This is a great opportunity to join a firm renowned for their social and friendly culture in a role that can offer hands-on client exposure and increased clients facing exposure to a wide range of turnovers. The Role:

In this role, you will maintain bookkeeping, analyze supplier payment runs. You will prepare VAT and CIS returns, generate and present monthly management information, liaise directly with clients, and prepare payroll for select clients. Responsibilities also include data inputting, recurring work for a client involving sales invoice generation and debtor’s ledger management and preparing summaries and analyses to aid in account preparation, with opportunities to prepare full sets of accounts and tax returns.
