Job Description - Client Campaign Specialist

Campaign Executive
  • Annual Salary: £30,000-£35,000
  • Location: Outskirts of Bath
  • Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

We are excited to be supporting a key client based on the outskirts of Bath, who are seeking a Campaign Executive to join their Client Services team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in client-facing roles, project management, and digital marketing expertise.

Duties:
  • Manage all aspects of successful campaign delivery for allocated clients, from proposals and recommendations to onboarding, project management, campaign/content design, delivery, reporting, and providing expert ongoing recommendations/insights.
  • Maximise revenue efficiently and within set timeframes, overseeing editorial and marketing operations teams to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional client-facing customer service through regular and proactive calls, emails, and occasional face-to-face meetings (some travel may be required).
  • Collaborate with clients to design and deliver a range of campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, webinars, online events, editorial features, video, and lead nurturing.
  • Regularly review campaign performance against expectations, working with other teams (sales, editorial, production) to improve results or communicate successes to the customer.
  • Review client satisfaction and retention in partnership with the sales team, identifying opportunities to create further value for clients.
  • Utilise project management, CRM, campaign delivery, metrics reporting, AI tools, and other systems to coordinate, communicate, design, and deliver.
  • Manage commercial or product projects or other business initiatives as opportunities arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Passion for collaboration and teamwork, managing successful working relationships with clients and sales professionals.
  • Clear, effective communication skills and a confident, persuasive manner.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a variety of daily tasks and problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated with high energy, drive, and initiative.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and courtesy with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and data interpretation skills for reviewing campaign performance.
  • Tech-savvy – quick to learn new digital tools and systems.
  • At least 2 years working in a professional client-facing environment, ideally within services, marketing, software, publishing, scientific, or related business.
  • Experience in a project management or coordination role.
  • A degree or equivalent within science, marketing, or a business-related subject.
  • Desirable: Experience using CRM, marketing, or management tools such as Hubspot, Monday.com, Salesforce.
