As a Client Care Administrator, you will become a key point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, managing enquiries with empathy and professionalism, and working closely with Financial Advisers to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing a professional and friendly service
Build strong relationships with clients while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Support Financial Advisers with client communications and administrative duties
Respond to client enquiries promptly via telephone, email, and written correspondence
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring enquiries are resolved or directed appropriately
Work within a regulated environment, following company procedures and industry standards
Support vulnerable clients with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all information is processed confidentially
Assist with the preparation and management of client documentation
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless client journey
Maintain high levels of organisation while managing multiple priorities
Requirements
Previous experience within a customer service, client care, administration, or office-based role
Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging conversations with empathy
Strong emotional intelligence and a genuine desire to help people
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
Desirable Skills
Experience working within a regulated or professional services environment
Previous experience within financial services, banking, insurance, legal, or professional services
Experience using CRM or client management systems
