We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury company for a Client Concierge & Sales Support Executive. Working closely with the sales team, you'll provide first-class administrative and client support, ensuring every bespoke experience runs seamlessly from enquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team with administration and client communications.
Coordinate bespoke travel arrangements and manage itinerary changes.
Deliver a concierge-style service to high-end clients.
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
Ensure exceptional attention to detail across every stage of the customer journey.About You

Experience in sales support, administration, customer service, travel, hospitality or a similar client-focused role is beneficial.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
