The Role

This is a role for someone who thrives on connection, creativity, and challenge. You’ll be the face of McCarthy, building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them unlock the full potential of their people. You’ll sell our full suite of services— consultancy, recruitment and training services with confidence, empathy, and flair.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building strong, authentic relationships with clients across a range of industries.
• Build rapport effortlessly with stakeholders at all levels—from HR to C-suite.
• Spotting opportunities, opening doors, and knowing when to move on from closed ones.
• Tailoring your communication style to match each client—be a chameleon, not a script reader.
• Collaborating with our internal teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
