Job Description - Client Director

Client Director
London | £55,000-£70,000 + Bonus

We're working with a pioneering media business that's redefining how brands and agencies extract value from their media spend. Through a unique trading model, they enable clients to unlock new value from their marketing budgets -helping to grow brand impact while delivering guaranteed returns.

With deep relationships across the UK media landscape and a strong presence in barter and media value partnerships, they're looking to bring on a strategic and commercially driven Client Director to lead and grow their independent agency portfolio.

The Role
  • Own and grow relationships with independent media agencies, managing day-to-day client needs while identifying new growth opportunities.

  • Educate agency and client partners on the unique value of the business's trading model, ensuring all stakeholders are fully bought in.

  • Act as the senior lead across your accounts - coordinating with internal teams spanning media, commercial, finance, and digital.

  • Drive commercial performance by uncovering and activating barter opportunities across marketing spend.

  • Ensure regular communication with clients around media planning, campaign performance, and strategic developments.

  • Lead contract management, reporting, and internal forecasting to ensure revenue goals are hit consistently.

You'll Need
  • 7+ years of experience in media or media sales, ideally with a background in barter, trading, or client services.

  • Proven track record of hitting commercial targets and leading client relationships.

  • Experience working with independent agencies and existing relationships in the space (a plus).

  • Commercially minded, resilient, and confident working with senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent communicator, presenter, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
